DCF Filters

In a DCF filter, cleaning occurs automatically inside the filter cylinder with a cleaning disc that moves from top to bottom. The cleaning disc removes contaminants from the filter surface, directing them to the reject chamber at the bottom of the filter with the help of the liquid flow and the movement of the cleaning disc. The removed solid content per rejection cycle is minimal. The rejection process operates without disrupting the system or causing pressure fluctuations in the flow.

In the DCF-2000 model, the cleaning disc is driven by a gear motor, and the filter is used for filtering coating paste, sludge, chemicals, and water.
Filtration range: 15–1125 µm

In the DCF-1600 series, the cleaning disc is driven by one or two pneumatic actuators.
The filter is used for filtering filler, sludge, adhesive, paint, chemicals, and water.
Filtration range: 15–1125 µm
