Thermal oxidisers

A thermal oxidizer is used to eliminate harmful organic compounds (VOCs) and other pollutants from industrial process exhaust gases. Thermal oxidizers operate by combusting these impurities at high temperatures, converting them into less harmful substances such as carbon dioxide and water vapor.

The collaboration between Spooner and Anguil began in 2008. Anguil has over 50 years of experience in designing and supplying oxidizers for various applications, including:

• Odorous gases

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer):

• Capacity: 4,000 – 115,000 Nm³/h
• 0-25% LEL
• Destruction efficiency: 99.5%+

TRO (Thermal Recuperative Oxidizer):

• Capacity: 15,000 – 60,000 Nm³/h
• Up to 40% LEL
• Thermal efficiency: 40-70%
• Destruction efficiency: 99.9%

CRO (Catalytic Recuperative Oxidizer):

• Capacity: 160 – 160,000 Nm³/h
• Up to 40% LEL
• Thermal efficiency: 40-70%
• Destruction efficiency: 99%+
